4 W's
Lent begins tomorrow and I plan on doing more of 4 W's:
WORD: Read my Bible daily
Water: Drink more and hydrate
Walk: Walk more - 4/5 days a week
Weights: Throw some weight lifting in my week - 2 days
Should be a good 40 days!!
