Quick on-the-go Breakfast

My girls love smoothies and I like one later in the morning or mid afternoon.....here's a quick one.....
fresh or frozen strawberries, 
vanilla protein powder, 
skim or whole milk, 
fresh or frozen blueberries, 
almond milk, 
lowfat vanilla yogurt
ground flax seed,

Of course my girls don't like all the extras like flax seed but it's a good on the go breakfast in case we have to take it with us.....sometimes I freeze the leftovers and take with me if I have lots of errands to run!  Next up.....coffee smoothie!!!!
